Personal: Debbie was born on March 26, 1978 in St. Ann, Jamaica. She started her running career at age 7 in the highly competitive elementary school system. Debbie met most of her 2008 goals and posted some excellent times as she bettered her previous bests in both events. Once she is finished with her career, she wants to open her own business and teach as well.Debbie now has her degree in Interdiciplinary Studies since December, 2007.
