Personal: Steve was born April 18, 1979, in Maypen, Clarendon, Jamaica. He attended Texas Christian University, where he earned a BS in Psychology. Steve started running track in primary school because of some friends who encouraged him. As a result he went on to earn a college scholarship. Steve's goal for his track career is to become ranked in the top five in his events. When he is not working at attaining his goal, Steve spends his time cooking and playing video games. After his track career is accomplished Steve plans to be an entrepreneur.
